With over 15 years of experience helping employers meet OFCCP regulations, Alan is a great resource. understanding the challenges employers encounter trying to meet their diversity recruitment goals. He has worked in collaboration with employers, state workforce agencies and local non-profits to assist employers with compliance and hiring initiatives by creating networks that matter.

Mary Leone

Mary Leone is a Talent Acquisition leader with a passion for diversity recruiting that includes people with disabilities and veterans; this includes building strategies and making them better. Mary has several years of HR Compliance experience that includes building and improving programs to meet federal contractor/sub-contractor guidelines. Through her Talent Acquisition experience and volunteering with both veterans and disability focused organizations, she has helped hundreds of candidates while building key relationships. She understands the importance of matching the right candidate with the right organization.
