Diversity Outreach Partners (DOP) is dedicated to creating a specialized and collaborative resource for employers who are working to hire and engage a more diverse workforce. Diversity Outreach Partners has developed a network of organizations and institutions of higher education recognized for their service to non-traditional and minority students. Diversity Outreach Partners is striving to fill the gap between employers seeking to hire a more diverse workforce and qualified job seekers from backgrounds which may otherwise be overlooked by traditional networking and recruiting practices.
Our Commitment to Giving Back
As a commitment to the communities we serve a percentage of our annual profit will be given back to nonprofit organizations that serve job seekers with barriers to employment.
